چکیده
Aim. To improve epidemiological surveillance in the neonatal intensive care unit. Materials and Methods. We retrospectively examine case histories of 646 newborns delivered Tyumen Perinatal Center admitted to unit (310 with intrauterine infection 336 without infection). Predictors (odds ratio 95% confidence interval) were determined by means multivariate analysis logistic regression analysis. Results. According analysis, past medical history abortions, urinary tract infections, preterm birth during previous pregnancy, colpitis, vaginitis, leukocytosis, elevated C-reactive protein, anemia, impaired fetal blood supply among predictors infection. Stepwise identified 7 significant features associated infection: pathological alterations amniotic fluid, birth, supply, newborn respiratory distress syndrome, injury central nervous system. Sensitivity specificity prognostic model 87.7% 83.9%. Conclusion. Our might be applicable for prediction verification prenatal perinatal observation.

Of the infections, 51.3% was bacteriemia (BSI), and 45.1% was ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP). Gram-negative microorganisms were predominant in VAP and Staphylococcus epidermidis was the leading microorganism (53.0% of BSIs) in B...
